Training and Fitness Coaching at Inner Strength
Dr.
Cibik also provides specialized exercise programs and personal
training for those individuals with special needs or limitations.
This in combination with nutritional assessment, holistic attitude
and engaging the mind-body-spirit produces fabulous results in
weight management, body sculpting, sports training/recovery,
recovery from illness / injury, and anti-aging regimes.
Inner
Strength offers Fitness Evaluation Coaching sessions, that
including reviewing your current eating plan, exercise routine,
stress management program and fitness goals. We then create a
overall plan that will work for you, your interests and your
schedule. This one hour session can put your on the road to better
health and restored youth! Follow-up sessions for creating a
personalized exercise routine, with coaching on diet and routine can
be a tremendous gift for yourself or someone your love.
All personal
training is done at Inner Strength's private studio, with the entire
free weight, Olympic matted, aerobic machines, Body Master and
Nautilus machines in the 2500 square foot gym reserved for your
personal use.
